ВТБ Онлайн намерен до конца года увеличить свою аудиторию до 17 млн клиентов

VTB Online's audience will approach 17 million users by the end of the year (including the mobile application on Android and the web version). This was announced by Nikita Chugunov, Senior Vice President of VTB, Head of the Digital Business Department, at the Finopolis-2023 Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies.

The number of VTB Online users has grown by 10% since the beginning of the year, exceeding 16.5 million people. Of these, the audience of the web version increased by 59%, amounting to 5.6 million people. Today, VTB Online users access the mobile application on Android and the web version more than 200 million times a month and use it to apply for almost half of the bank's most popular retail products, which is 1.5 times more than a year ago.

"Over the past two years, we have continuously improved the web version of VTB Online and fully adapted it to the mobile application. These improvements have helped us not only retain customers who are used to solving their financial issues with VTB, but also constantly increase their audience. Today, VTB Online is the bank's most important channel for providing services to customers in a comfortable remote format. The service allows you to manage money and apply for products, and even use non-banking services for everyday life using your smartphone, regardless of location. Now the web version can be used on any device as easily as the mobile application, it does not take up smartphone memory, and its functionality is updated automatically," said Nikita Chugunov, Senior Vice President of VTB, Head of the Digital Business Department.

The web version of VTB Online is visually and functionally 100% adapted to the level of the mobile application. In it, you can use everyday banking services to pay bills and make transfers, apply for financial products, pay for payments using a QR code, use government services, and manage personal data. Access to VTB Online is available using biometrics, and the application icon can be installed on the smartphone screen in the usual format. Special attention is paid to data security control: users can set limits for transfers, monitor the history of logins to their account, check links for phishing, and much more.
