Corporate email accounts are under enhanced protection.
MyOffice has released an update to the MyOffice Mail system, version 26.1.0. It implements new features aimed at improving security, flexibility, and performance.
The update includes support for external authentication providers Keycloak and Kerberos, as well as Single Sign-on (SSO) mechanisms. This allows employees to use one account to access all corporate services, which increases the level of protection and simplifies workflows.
In addition, the new version implements the possibility of delayed system updates. Administrators can schedule the installation of updates for a time of minimal load, which eliminates downtime and does not affect workflows.
For scaling the mail storage, sharding is implemented - data is distributed across independent databases, which speeds up backup and recovery, and also evenly distributes the load between servers.
