The "Zateya" platform has been added to the IT ecosystem "Lukomorye", which is part of Rostelecom's commercial IT cluster. The new product has been added to the register of domestic software and has become part of the ecosystem's services.

According to the press service of Rostelecom, "Zateya" is a universal digital tool for increasing employee motivation and accelerating business processes. The platform allows launching game scenarios of engagement, forming a culture of initiative and collecting feedback from employees and users.

Special attention is paid to the convenience of launching new projects: the customer can use a visual constructor to configure the task, set parameters and select the reward mechanism. The platform works in the cloud and does not require additional integration costs. It is possible to connect to the company's internal systems via API.

The platform includes a personal account for participants, where you can view available tasks, submit reports and see the history of accruals. A task constructor, an evaluation interface and a reward module with the possibility of fine-tuning the motivation system are available for project owners. There is also a marketplace - a built-in reward store where participants can spend their earned points.

As a reminder, the "Lukomorye" ecosystem ("RTK IT Plus") includes 18 solutions, including a no-code platform, its own ESM system, as well as tools for the full cycle of development and project management.
