UserGate, a Russian developer of information security solutions, has opened a regional educational and research laboratory in Izhevsk at the Udmurt State University (UdSU).

During the "Secret Session" conference, organized by UserGate in collaboration with the "Cyberdome" project, a proprietary approach to providing information security services was presented.

The new specialized solution is a firewall for protecting web applications, sites, and APIs from narrowly targeted attacks and bots based on the analysis of user actions.

The expert council under the Ministry issued conclusions on the compliance of these hardware and software systems with the requirements for Russian technological products. UserGate, a leading Russian developer of information security solutions, together with the system integrator "Neva-Automation," have completed a key stage of the project to implement a next-generation firewall (NGFW) at Sibsocbank LLC.
