The UserGate Monitoring and Response Center will focus on creating a proactive service model for ensuring customer information security under the new name UserGate Factor.

As a factor in the equation, the UserGate Factor team is intended to play a decisive role in the safe functioning of digital systems, delivering value to customers — real security of the digital infrastructure through its own expertise and analytics. UserGate representatives announced this on April 17 at a press conference at the Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park congress center on the eve of the launch of UserGate Open Conf 2025 – a major industry event dedicated to addressing issues in the field of information security.
