From small meetings to large conferences: Rostec has launched the "Freima" AI platform for organizing events

The platform is currently undergoing testing and pilot implementation.

"RT-Tekhpriemka", part of Rostec, has created an intelligent platform "Freima" to automate event organization. The system automatically generates registration forms, determines the necessary participant data, and generates a unique event description.

According to the developers, "Freima" is suitable for events of any format – from small meetings to large conferences. Artificial intelligence creates registration forms, a visual editor allows you to quickly make changes, and built-in analytics tools track the number of registrations and participant activity.

The platform is focused on scalability and ease of use for users with different levels of digital training. Vladlen Shorin, General Director of RT-Tekhpriemka, emphasized that the platform is designed for quick and efficient event management without the need for technical specialists and designers.

The company plans to develop the platform, including the introduction of advanced analytics, integration with external services, and the creation of universal forms for solving personal and corporate tasks. Tools for generating background images, QR codes and tickets, as well as automatic notifications in messengers, will be added. This will expand the functionality of "Freima" and allow it to be used for mass surveys and data collection.
