A new feature has appeared in the personal account of an individual entrepreneur taxpayer. Now users can fill out and submit a simplified tax return directly in the service. This was reported by the press service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

The changes come into force one month after the date of publication – October 15, 2025.

The Federal Tax Service has integrated the "My Signature" application into the comprehensive service "Start a Business Online".

Now you can sign electronic invoices and universal transfer documents with a mobile signature.

Users now have access to an online service for issuing machine-readable (electronic) powers of attorney. This power of attorney can be used to delegate authority to employees, as well as to work with external services or report to government agencies.

The service for sending 3-NDFL declarations through the individual entrepreneur's personal account has been operating in test mode since April 2025. Now the start of commercial operation has been announced.

The Federal Tax Service has launched a new feature in the "Exporter's Office" service. The new register contains information from declarations for goods, documents for their payment, warehouse lease agreements, or other documents. It can also be sent to the tax authorities directly from the service.
