The new version of "Cyber Files" focuses on the development of corporate folders, improved functionality, and increased ease of working with documents. Updates include modernization of the user interface, integration with external services, and improved data integrity control.
A universal group "All Users" has appeared in the system, allowing folder owners to quickly open access to documents for all registered participants without having to select individual users. It is also possible to refuse ownership of folders if there are other owners.
To effectively manage space, the ability to assign quotas for corporate folders separately from personal user quotas has been added. Administrators can configure standard quotas for all root folders in each space.
The updated interface simplifies viewing and searching for information. Users can switch to tile display of elements, which facilitates navigation and allows you to quickly view the contents of files.
Improved stability of integration with the SearchInform DLP system, eliminated errors in previewing xlsx files. The integrity control function in the synchronization client has been improved, which increases the reliability of working with data.
