David Martirosov will continue to work as the CEO of "Basis", while simultaneously leading the company's majority shareholder - "RTK-TsOD", the largest data center operator in Russia.
The top manager will retain control and development of the company "Basis", a vendor of software for managing dynamic IT infrastructure. In his new position at "RTK-TsOD", David Martirosov will focus on developing B2B solutions for artificial intelligence tasks, strengthening the company's presence in the B2G segment, and preparing for an IPO. The CEO of PJSC GC "Basis", David Martirosov, commented on his appointment as follows:
"First of all, I would like to note that I remain the CEO of "Basis". It is not about shifting the focus of attention towards the parent company. I, as before, will make every effort to ensure that the ambitious goals and objectives facing "Basis" are met. This includes strengthening our position in the domestic market for dynamic IT infrastructure management software, which is in an active phase of growth, further development of our ecosystem (launching new products and updating existing ones), and expansion into international markets."
