The system supports over 70 pre-configured legal entity documents and recognizes data at a speed of 900 pages per minute. The solution will automate retail and business lending processes in banks.
Russian company Smart Engines has introduced a new version of its proprietary document recognition software. According to the developers, Smart Document Engine 3.2 allows banks to launch a "credit conveyor" with support for recognizing the necessary documents of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, including extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, legal entity TIN, OGRN. The AI-based system reduces the risk of errors and helps to obtain data for checking credit applications and KYC, scoring, calculating amounts and preventing fraud.
The system automatically classifies the document in photos and scans, recognizes and extracts printed and handwritten details for CRM and other systems. AI also controls the presence of signatures and seals and supports the recognition of multi-page forms.
The current version of Smart Document Engine supports more than 70 pre-configured templates of basic accounting documents, including acts, UPDs, invoices, TORG-12 forms, waybills, extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, balance sheets, tax returns, statements of financial results, orders, charters and others, and also allows you to independently configure recognition templates in the form designer.
The system is available for integration on servers, in desktop, mobile and web applications and allows you to work with documents at points of sale and when providing documents in electronic form. During recognition, images and document content do not leave the user's device.
The Smart Document Engine solution is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation and is suitable for import substitution tasks.
