Russian computer equipment manufacturer "Rikor" is entering the consumer smartphone market with two models — Rikor Neuro S3 and Rikor Neuro S5. The first "Rikor" smartphones are designed by the company's engineers with the involvement of global design centers.

Rikor Neuro S3 and S5 received a main camera with a 64-megapixel OmniVision sensor (for S3) and Samsung (for S5) with autofocus, an 8 MP Samsung ultra-wide-angle module with autofocus, and a 5 MP Samsung macro lens. The selfie camera is an 8 MP Sony (for S3) and a 16 MP Samsung (for S5). The 6.79-inch IPS display with Full HD+ resolution (for S5) and HD+ (for S3) supports a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The battery has a capacity of 6000 mAh and can work with chargers up to 33 W (for S5).

The smartphones are equipped with a Unisoc Tiger T8200 SoC with a Unisoc Tiger T8200 NPU (neural processor), which accelerates the operation of AI algorithms, 6 GB (S3) and 8 GB (S5) of RAM, 128 GB (S3) and 256 GB (S5) of built-in flash memory. microSD cards with a capacity of up to 2 TB and RAM expansion via virtual RAM are supported — up to 24 GB in total. The functionality of the devices is complemented by eSIM support, a fingerprint scanner, and a smart button for quick access to functions, including Rikor AI.
