The solution automatically transfers product cards from marketplaces to the entrepreneur's personal website.
At "MPSTATS EXPO: Attraction 2025," Alexey Shashkin, Director of the Small and Micro Business Division of Sberbank, spoke about the new service. With its help, an entrepreneur can create their own online store by communicating in the SberBusiness online bank with a personal assistant based on the GigaChat artificial intelligence.
By clicking on the banner in the SberBusiness personal account, the user enters a chat with an AI assistant. GigaChat asks a number of questions: what will the store be called, what contacts will be on it, and so on. Based on the answers, a website is generated — a sales channel that allows the buyer and seller to communicate without intermediaries. At the same time, the system itself transfers all current product cards from personal accounts on marketplaces to the online store.
The service is available to customers who have entered API keys in Sber's industry solution for sellers and do not have a functioning online store. While the technology only works in the web version of SberBusiness, it is planned that the service will appear in the mobile application in mid-November.
The online store is created on the InSales platform, a subsidiary of Sber. In the near future, Sber plans to expand functionality and make the solution available to more entrepreneurs.
