Gazprombank, in collaboration with branding agency BrandLab, has launched the "100% Energy" application in Telegram. The application aims to help users develop healthy habits, set and achieve goals, and get acquainted with the company's corporate culture.

In the "100% Energy" application (@Energy_100_bot), users take a short test, choose areas of development: "career", "health" or "energy" and receive personalized tasks. Points and achievements are awarded for completing tasks, encouraging healthy habits.

For example, one of the tasks suggests going to bed before 11:30 PM as a step towards developing a healthy routine. After that, the bot, developing the idea, explains that the company supports an individual approach to the schedule: employees can choose a convenient start time for themselves.

Head of HR projects at BrandLab, Yulia Kozorez, noted:

The young audience is the main challenge of HR marketing. We chose an unconventional step – native communication around the interests and problems of the segment, without a hint of lead generation or a desire to sell. Only benefit and friendship.
