The Yandex team has released several service updates for business. The updates affect Calendar, Tracker, Telemost, and Disk, as well as tools for managing the organization.
In the Tracker task system, advanced access settings have appeared: now you can open access to the portfolio, and all nested projects will also become available to selected users. The "Team Performance" widget has become open to everyone — it allows you to analyze work efficiency and track overall progress.
In the mobile version, you can now mark the time spent on completing tasks — previously this feature was only available on the desktop. Notifications have also been added: in the application settings, you can choose which events to display as alerts.
Among the updates is the ability to link goals to project portfolios and add key results to the tree-like list. They are displayed as nested elements on the "Structure" tab and are indicated by an arrow icon.
In Calendar, it is now possible to automatically create links to meetings in Telemost. The single-column event creation form in the public version has been updated: now, when you click on the desired time interval, it is automatically substituted into the meeting creation form.
Organization management has been extended with audit logs of events in Messenger. They ensure transparency of work with chats, settings, and participant roles, and also allow you to record changes in groups to maintain security. A function has appeared to obtain a list of all settings for public files and folders via API in Yandex Disk.
In Telemost, the ability to mass install the application using an MSI file has been added, which simplifies the deployment of the program for the entire organization or individual employees.
In Messenger, interaction between employees of different organizations has become easier: it is not necessary to link companies entirely — it is enough to add an external colleague to the contact list and invite him as a guest. In addition, a choice of device for the incoming call signal has appeared. The sound can be output, for example, to external computer speakers.
