In early spring, the Yandex 360 suite of services for work and business received new Messenger features, a fresh Telemost design, enhanced Mail functionality, and other changes to help companies save time, simplify communication, and automate routine tasks.
In the mobile version of Messenger, audio and video calls are now available directly from the browser — previously, an application was required. For companies, the ability to mass-install the program via an MSI file has been added, which simplifies the implementation of the service into the corporate infrastructure.
The updated Mail service has received enhanced features for working with contacts. Now, when creating or editing a contact card, you can add additional professional fields (organization, position, manager), geographic labels (city, office), and types of phone numbers (personal, work, reception). When selecting a recipient in the "To" field, the system automatically displays the specified additional information.
Three important changes have appeared in the Tracker task management service. Employees can choose where to receive notifications - in Messenger, by mail, or as a digest. The macro creation interface has been updated: a field for description has been added, the ability to edit the task owner and mention colleagues during changes. Administrators also received tools for configuring the visibility of groups between different categories of users.
The web version of Telemost has received an updated design with more contrasting notifications. The principle of displaying participants has also changed: now those with the camera turned on are automatically displayed at the beginning of the list.
