The Russian company «Systeme Electric», a manufacturer of integrated solutions in the field of power distribution and automation, presents the industry frequency converters SystemeVar STV630. The line of these devices was first demonstrated at the Innovation Summit 2023 – a large-scale exhibition and conference, which is held annually by «Systeme Electric».
The new SystemeVar STV630 series is designed in accordance with the requirements of Russian industrial enterprises and infrastructure facilities. A distinctive feature of the devices is the presence of special pump and fan functions. Thus, according to GOST R 53325-2012, it is necessary to monitor the serviceability of the motor cable from the frequency converter to the motor. SystemeVar STV630 has a fire mode of operation that fully complies with the State Standard. The device in standby mode, without the "start" command, diagnoses the motor cable.
Also among the functions are multi-pump, double acceleration/deceleration ramp, protection against external factors, automatic restart and on-the-fly pickup.
Compact size, thoughtful design and a wide range of specialized functions allow you to implement the most complex solutions that require maximum performance and reliability, optimize the operation of mechanisms and protect them depending on the specifics of operation.
The device is presented in two versions of supply voltage (1F 220V and 3F 380V) and a power range from 0.4 to 630 kW.
SystemeVar STV630 has a removable Russian-language LCD operator panel and an LED that changes its color depending on the state of the device. The converter allows you to connect a PTC temperature sensor. STV630 is able to operate in the most severe conditions thanks to the 3C3 class coating of the boards, which protects components in close proximity to industrial sources of chemical emissions, and a wide operating temperature range from -20 to +50 °C. The overload capacity is 120% for 60 seconds, 150% for 3 seconds, which allows them to be used in compressor applications.
SystemeVar STV630 frequency converters are equipped with a built-in Class C3 EMC filter, which provides high electromagnetic compatibility by reducing high-frequency reverse effects on the network, and a DC link choke (DC reactor) that protects the converter from voltage surges and transients in the power system.
The devices have a built-in Modbus RTU communication protocol and unique capabilities for expanding communications using Modbus TCP or BACnet MS/TP.
SystemeVAR Tool software has been specially created for commissioning devices of the new series. The software allows you to enter and copy parameters, perform diagnostics, test control terminals in simulation mode and has a control panel mode for debugging and trial run.
