Now you can sign electronic invoices and universal transfer documents with a mobile signature.
At the time of the service launch in November 2024, users could create electronic documents and download them, and third-party solutions were offered for signing documents.
In June 2025, the Federal Tax Service allowed the use of mobile electronic signatures in the created contractual documents. Now you can create and sign an invoice, a universal transfer document including an invoice, and a universal transfer document.
As a reminder, the mobile electronic signature from the Federal Tax Service of Russia is a free smartphone application with the possibility of obtaining an electronic signature for individual entrepreneurs and heads of legal entities at the Federal Tax Service of Russia Certification Center, as well as signing legally significant documents.
