Users now have access to an online service for issuing machine-readable (electronic) powers of attorney. This power of attorney can be used to delegate authority to employees, as well as to work with external services or report to government agencies.
A machine-readable power of attorney can be used both on the MSP.RF platform and on other electronic resources. It is available to all counterparties in a unified system — the distributed registry of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
A machine-readable power of attorney is an analogue of the paper version, giving the right to sign electronic documents. It contains information about the principal, employees and their powers.
The execution of a machine-readable power of attorney takes place in several steps. To do this, it is enough to be a user of the MSP.RF platform and have an electronic signature, which can be obtained there. After filling out the questionnaire, the power of attorney is sent to the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the response from which comes within a day. The individual entrepreneur or head of the organization, as well as the authorized person of the enterprise, will be notified of the completion of the registration process.
As a reminder, the MSP.RF platform was developed and launched by the SME Corporation and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. It has been operating since 2022 and is being developed under the federal project \"Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative\" within the national project \"Effective and Competitive Economy\". Since its launch, the number of services for small and medium-sized businesses on MSP.RF has grown from eight to more than 35. During this time, more than 1.3 million Russians have become users of MSP.RF: entrepreneurs, self-employed citizens and those who plan to start their own business.
