In "Projects," you can manage tasks on Kanban boards or as a Gantt chart, create a tree of goals, and store documents in a unified knowledge base. You can not only track current affairs but also build analytics on tasks, projects, strategic initiatives, or labor costs.
The knowledge base allows you to document processes, record meeting results, store regulations, instructions, presentations, and other corporate information. In "Projects," you can transfer data from other systems - for example, Jira and Confluence.
Currently, the module is available to VK WorkSpace clients on an on-premise basis (on their own infrastructure). However, the launch of the cloud version of "Projects" is planned for early 2026.
