Sberbank has completely digitized the creation of access for new employees in the SberBusiness online bank. As explained in the press service, previously it was possible to add a new employee with the right to sign at the bank's office with an identity document and a power of attorney. Now all checks are carried out remotely.
The manager can create an employee profile and application in SberBusiness, and the employee confirms the connection with the employer through a notification in the SberBank Online mobile application. After confirmation, the bank prepares a power of attorney for the employee, which is signed by the manager.
Anna Loevskaya, director of the Digital Corporate Bank division of Sberbank, said:
On average, our clients create at least 20 thousand users with the right to sign per month. The creation of each of them previously took a full working day and required a personal visit to the bank. Now the process takes several minutes and is completely online.
