Банк ДОМ.РФ: более 100 СМБ-компаний заинтересовались акселерационной программой по привлечению инвестиций

Bank DOM.RF, in collaboration with Moscow IR Accelerator (MIRA), has introduced an investment accelerator program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), focused on attracting strategic investors, investment funds, and preparing for entry into the stock market. The introductory meeting was attended by over 100 SME companies, as well as representatives from the Moscow Stock Exchange, investment funds, and management companies.

The program, designed for companies with an annual turnover of 250 million rubles or more, will start in February 2025 and help participants choose the optimal financing instruments, develop a 3–5 year strategy, and outline key performance indicators.

During the panel discussion, experts confirmed the high interest of investors in the small and medium-sized business sector. Vladimir Ovcharov, Director of the Equity Market at the Moscow Exchange, noted that the demand for investment in this segment reaches 50 billion rubles per year, and the average investment check is 400 million rubles.

"Attracting equity capital is a more complex process than, for example, obtaining a bank loan. However, it has a key advantage – it is a long-term investment that works for the development of the company," Ovcharov emphasized.

Anna Kornelyuk, Vice President and Director of the "Transactional Business" block at Bank DOM.RF, noted that the current economic situation in Russia creates favorable conditions for attracting financing.

"Now an opportunity window is opening for dynamically developing SME companies that need additional funds to reach a new level, expand their geographical presence, and develop new client niches. It is important to be the first here and take advantage of these opportunities."

According to her, Bank DOM.RF is focused on supporting and scaling the business of its clients, offering comprehensive solutions for growth. Within the framework of the acceleration program, entrepreneurs will be able to learn about new sources of financing, increase investment attractiveness, and develop a strategy for working with private and institutional investors.

The investment accelerator program will help companies:

  • Determine the most suitable investment instruments;
  • Understand the mechanisms of working with private investors, funds, and trading platforms;
  • Formulate a financing attraction strategy for 3–5 years;
  • Develop clear financial indicators and KPIs.

Companies that have undergone acceleration will be able to prepare for attracting investments through funds, strategic investors, pre-IPO, and IPO.
