DOM.RF Bank summed up the results of its work with small and medium-sized business (SME) clients for 2024, demonstrating an increase in their number by 30%. The main growth factor was transactional products, which are actively used by entrepreneurs in key industries — construction, trade and services.
Growth of the Client Base and Transactional Activity
Vice President of DOM.RF Bank, Anna Kornelyuk, reported that the bank currently serves more than 50 thousand SME clients, of which 95% actively use cash management services. On average, the transactional activity of one client has increased by 17% per year.
Particularly noticeable growth is observed in Voronezh and Nizhny Novgorod, where the volume of transactions on accounts has increased more than threefold.
Increase in the Deposit Portfolio
Among the bank's popular products are deposits for small businesses. In 2024, the volume of the SME deposit portfolio increased by 60%, reaching 175 billion rubles. This result was ensured by the development of services for managing funds in clients' accounts, as well as a consistent increase in interest rates throughout the year.
