The key change in version 2.3 is the launch of a new web client as the main interface.
The web client has been completely redesigned: simplified navigation, optimized work with letters, calendar and contacts. The interface is adapted to different screen sizes, convenient viewing of large message chains, automatic highlighting of unread letters and quick application of filters by status ("unread", "flagged").
Added the ability to set tasks from various modules of the system, redesigned the grid structure of the calendar, a function appeared for assigning buffer time before and after events.
A new administrative panel has been implemented for administrators, supporting transparency of audit of changes and operational configuration of security policies, user, group, resource and integration management. The panel adapts to different administrator roles, has mass action tools, flexible filtering and sorting, the ability to export reports and configure visualization.
The updated Mailion confirmed compatibility with the "Cyber Backup" version 18.0 solution from "Cyberprotect". A draft check has been introduced through the data leakage prevention system (DLP): each time a draft is saved, the letter is sent for analysis to the DLP system.
