The new version of the «R7 Office» corporate server features the «Forms» and «Pages» modules, as well as improvements to optimize and expand the functionality of mail, contacts, projects, and calendar.

The «Forms» module is suitable for conducting surveys or questionnaires. The finished form can be published via a link, followed by collecting responses and analyzing results. Surveys can be multi-step.

«Pages» allows you to create a corporate knowledge base, a collection of instructions, keep notes, and the like, with the ability to publish materials on the Internet. Users will be able to build hierarchies, create structures from pages and subpages. For example, you can create a hierarchical knowledge base for employees: the main sections will be frequently asked questions, and inside you can place clear instructions.

Using the built-in editor, you can add text, tables, to-do lists, and images to the page. You can customize the visual design and appearance of pages: icons, covers, fonts, and styles. There is access level setting.

In the latest version of the mail module, the email creation window now opens by default as a miniature pop-up panel in the lower right corner. In addition, you can work with multiple emails simultaneously in separate windows. Actions have been added for filters — forwarding an email and creating an auto-reply.

In the updated project module, Gantt charts now support task dependencies. A new «Trash» section has been added to the side menu, which displays all deleted items: tasks, lists, folders, and projects. It is also now possible to duplicate tasks while preserving all data, including descriptions and assignees.

In contacts, you can now create customizable lists: edit their names, color, and share them with colleagues with different access levels. Contacts can be added directly from address books, and you can also send emails to all members of the list. Additionally, a «My Lists» block has appeared in the side panel, and a column displaying list membership has appeared in the contacts table. Lists are displayed as colored labels on the contact page, and the context menu has added the ability to schedule events.

In the calendar, in the «Basic» settings section, there are options to print, select a date range, display mode (from one day to a month), page orientation, and more. The mobile version of the module has also been updated.
