The system is designed to help large businesses achieve strategic goals through ready-made mechanisms for planning, cascading goals and objectives to all levels of management, and monitoring their achievement.
The new software product has expanded the Directum solution ecosystem for company management. With Directum Targets, management will be able to bring the overall strategy to execution and evaluate the company's progress towards its goals from above, while ordinary employees will be able to see their contribution to achieving the main results.
In Directum Targets, high-level goals are linked to tactical ones. For clarity, the goal map is presented as a tree – this makes it easier to see how strategic goals have been cascaded, whether they are supported by the goals of departments, and to track their progress.
Next, the goals are transformed into the daily work of teams – through assignments and tasks, "tickets" on Agile boards, and projects in the Directum ecosystem. Various metrics can be tracked in real time on the map, as well as through reports and statuses that the system collects automatically.
The most popular management methodologies – OKR, MBO and BSC – are built into the Directum Targets "box". Directum solutions are developed in Russia and are included in the register of domestic software; in the case of cloud delivery, they are hosted in data centers on the territory of the Russian Federation.
