Альтернатива Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk и Zendesk: в «Лукоморье» представили «Диво Старт»

The IT ecosystem "Lukomorye" has announced the launch of a new product — the "Divo Start" system for automating the work of service departments in small and medium-sized businesses. The solution is developed on the domestic "Akola" platform, included in the Unified Register of Russian Software, and available for implementation.

"Divo Start" is a version of the "Divo" platform, specially designed for small teams and companies that are just starting to automate their IT processes. The platform offers a reduced and simplified set of tools for solving basic tasks.

The company explained:

"Divo Start" replaces popular Western service desk solutions such as Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk, and Zendesk. With the release of "Divo Start," the "Lukomorye" ecosystem continues to expand its product line, bringing universal and localized solutions to the market for the digitalization of key processes.

"Divo Start" combines a workspace, a request management module, analytics, a self-service portal, and built-in communication tools. The system allows you to receive requests by mail, in chats, messengers, and by phone, combining the entire history of interaction with customers in one window.

In addition, the system offers advanced analytics capabilities — reports and visualizations allow you to assess the effectiveness of the team in real time, identify problem areas, and make informed management decisions. The built-in API provides easy integration with external systems, and the modular architecture of the product allows you to scale functionality as the business grows.
