«Систэм Электрик» продолжает реализацию программы развития завода «Потенциал» в объеме 1,5 млрд рублей

The Russian manufacturing company "Systeme Electric", a manufacturer of integrated solutions in the field of power distribution and automation, continues to implement a program to modernize and improve the efficiency of industrial processes at the "Potential" plant in Kozmodemyansk (Republic of Mari El).

The expansion of production, repair work, and construction of new infrastructure facilities at the enterprise are carried out within the framework of an investment cooperation agreement, which was signed by Alexey Kashaev, General Director of "Systeme Electric", and Yuri Zaitsev, Head of the Republic of Mari El, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2023. Until 2025, the company will invest 1.5 billion rubles in the development of the plant.

The first laser complex for precision engraving, marking, and cutting has been launched at the enterprise. The main advantage of the new complex is the high speed of the process, reliability, flexibility of reconfiguration, and image stability. Thanks to the new equipment, the plant is able to fully automate the marking of parts, increase productivity, and improve the level of labor safety.

A new solution for unwinding and straightening metal strip has been introduced in the stamping production. The equipment ensures high accuracy of the dimensions of the manufactured parts, which improves the quality of the finished products, and also allows for more efficient use of production areas and makes the work process safer. Commissioning of a new centerless grinding machine has been completed to launch its own production of taps for the stamping shop, where a new automatic rotary table has also been installed, which allows evacuating finished parts and feeding a replacement container without stopping the press.

Updates in the molding shop are also aimed at improving the quality of the products - five new injection molding machines have been installed and put into operation to replace outdated molding machines. An important advantage of the new equipment is the presence of robots-manipulators that carry out the removal of parts and transfer them to the conveyor for subsequent placement in containers. This process avoids scratches and defects on the parts. And in order to completely eliminate the risks of overheating and stopping of injection molding machines, a new chiller has been launched, which forms a duplication circuit for the mold cooling system at any ambient temperature.

The process of mixing paints and varnishes has been modernized in the painting and film area. Thanks to the new gyroscopic mixer, the process has become automatic. The intelligent control system adjusts various mixing parameters - clamping pressure, rotation speed and mixing time, which makes the coating as resistant as possible.

In addition, the renovation of the technical testing laboratory has been completed. The modernization has improved working conditions and freed up additional space for new equipment. The laboratory carries out input, output and production control of raw materials and finished products in accordance with GOST and Technical Specifications, which allows the "Potential" plant to maintain a high level of reliability of manufactured electrical installation products.

Earlier this year, a new 10 kV substation was launched with a complete replacement of external cables from the substation to each building. Its launch not only contributes to a more efficient distribution of electricity at the plant, but also creates opportunities for further expansion of production. New pumping stations for domestic and fire water supply were also put into operation with the laying of pipelines to all buildings and an auxiliary warehouse was built. In addition, the construction of cable-bearing structures for laying power supply, water supply and heating networks has been completed, the facades of the main administrative and three production buildings have been updated, repairs of office and administrative premises, asphalt pavement have been carried out, and not only the territory of the plant, but also the adjacent urban area has been landscaped.

Work continues continuously, and by the end of 2023, the enterprise will have a new transport workshop with treatment facilities for water recycling and saving, and the renovation of the facades of the automatic stamping shop and the assembly production building will be completed.

The modernization and expansion of "Potential" production creates the need to attract new professional personnel, therefore, the enterprise actively supports educational institutions, including through a system of grants in order to educate a new generation of highly qualified specialists.
