IT distributor OCS and Russian developer of corporate communication solutions Itroo (Advanced Technologies LLC) have signed an agreement.
The companies anticipate that the collaboration will enable the vendor to expand the sales geography of its products, including as part of ready-made software and hardware solutions for communication.
OCS's product portfolio will include the brand's IT solutions for organizing voice communication — from software for outbound interaction with customers via remote channels to IT systems for monitoring and planning the work of contact center operators. A number of systems are integrated with artificial intelligence technology. Itroo solutions are also included in the register of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
OCS stated:
The distributor's partner network includes over 7,000 dealers and integrators operating throughout the country. Cooperation with OCS will increase the recognition and availability of the brand's solutions in various regions of Russia. In addition, Itroo will expand its sales channels by participating in complex sales: the company's products will be included in multi-vendor software and hardware solutions for organizing corporate communications.
