DOM.RF Bank extends preferential IT mortgage to townhouse purchases

DOM.RF Bank has expanded the terms of the preferential IT mortgage program to include the possibility of purchasing townhouses. Now, IT professionals working in companies accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia can apply for a loan not only for the purchase of apartments under construction and individual housing construction (IHS), but also for the purchase of townhouses, provided that the escrow account mechanism is used.

According to DOM.RF Bank, townhouses are becoming an increasingly popular housing format among IT professionals. They combine the advantages of a private house - spacious rooms, open layouts, a private plot of land - with a convenient location close to urban infrastructure. At the same time, the cost of a townhouse is usually lower than the price of a detached house, which makes it a more affordable option. An additional advantage is the reduction in maintenance costs, since such houses are built in rows, which reduces the cost of land and building materials.

Employees of IT companies accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, aged 21 to 50 years, can take advantage of the preferential IT mortgage program. The minimum income for obtaining a loan is 150 thousand rubles per month for residents of the Moscow, Leningrad regions and cities with a population of over one million (with the exception of Moscow and St. Petersburg) and 90 thousand rubles per month for the rest of Russia.

Under the terms of the state program, IT mortgages are provided at a preferential rate of 6% per annum. The maximum loan amount is 9 million rubles, but as part of a combined mortgage, borrowers can increase the amount of financing up to 18 million rubles, taking advantage of additional credit opportunities.
