Итоги премии «Эффективное образование» 2024

On December 18, the IX annual award ceremony of the "Effective Education" prize took place in the Petrovsky Travel Palace. The award is not only a mark of distinction, but also a symbol of recognition of the contribution of companies to the educational process. Unique methods, innovative technologies, the ability to find an approach to everyone - all this was taken into account by the expert council when identifying the laureates

The award ceremony was preceded by the Ed.Future Forum, where participants got acquainted with advanced technologies in the field of corporate training, analyzed business cases, and discussed trends in education in modern Russia.

The culmination of the business program was the "Effective Education" Award. In 2024, the Expert Council, which includes public figures, specialists in the field of education, representatives of authorities and business, awarded 49 companies that strive to develop both their teams and those around them. Among them are SBER and SberUniversity, OZON, Bank VTB (PJSC), EGELAND, Rostelecom PJSC, Sistema PBO LLC, Orbita Group, ecom.tech (ex Samokat.tech), Skillbox educational holding, MIRBIS business school, online campus of the Higher School of Economics.

For the ninth year in a row, the best projects that allow companies to create high standards of education and stimulate successful training and development of employees receive recognition from the expert council. Initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education among the younger generation are also not ignored.

«Winning the award is a recognition of the merits of a large team, the goal of which is to change the accepted norm «The Unified State Exam is difficult, scary and boring» and make preparation for exams an exciting process for the modern student. And the importance of such events lies in the exchange of experience and the formation of a discussion field for specialists from different areas, united by a common task», – shared Anastasia Sentsova, Commercial Director of the EGELAND platform

Among the diverse projects, the laureates of the Award demonstrated a desire to achieve heights in the training of young employees, creating initiatives aimed at developing young people, and in the future forming a strong talent pool.
