VTB has launched a new service for corporate clients that allows them to deposit cash revenue in ATMs using a login and password. This is a more convenient and economical way of self-collection without the use of business cards.
The service allows companies to independently collect cash revenue through VTB self-service devices without using a business card. Authorized employees of the client receive a login and password in the Internet bank and mobile application, which they enter into the ATM and then deposit funds into the account at a convenient time in any volume in more than 6,000 VTB ATMs throughout Russia. Depositing cash into an account in this way takes less than a minute.
«Often, the points of sale of our clients are located in large shopping centers, where VTB self-service devices are already installed. In this case, you can quickly and easily collect cash revenue yourself, and the bank does not incur additional costs for either the installation of equipment or the collection of a specific point of sale. Thus, the implemented solution reduces the operating expenses of both parties, and also allows us to offer companies a flexible revenue delivery schedule and favorable service rates,» ─ commented Alexander Botsiev, Head of Transactional Business Department – Senior Vice President of VTB Bank.
«The new service will help entrepreneurs deposit cash revenue where it is convenient and when it is convenient. In addition, they will be able to save not only on paying for collection services, but also on the issuance and maintenance of a business card. According to our estimates, after the launch, more than 10.5 thousand existing SME clients will actively use self-collection without cards, and with the development of the service, their number will grow,» ─ noted Yulia Kopytova, Head of Analysis, Coordination and Product Development Department – Senior Vice President of VTB.
VTB's medium and small business clients can activate the service in the VTB Business Internet Bank and the VTB Business Lite mobile application in the "Self-Collection" section. The issued login and password will be valid for all subsequent cash deposit transactions.
