The solution synchronizes emails, calendars, and invitations between old and new infrastructure, allowing employees to transition without interrupting mail services.

CommuniGate Pro and "Bezant" companies presented the first version of the "Migrator EPS" software suite, designed for migrating from foreign mail platforms, primarily Microsoft Exchange, to the Russian CommuniGate Pro system.

A key feature of the solution is two-way synchronization throughout the migration process. While some employees continue to work on the old platform and others are already using the new one, messages, calendars, meeting invitations, and availability statuses remain current in both systems. This allows for a phased transition without interrupting mail services.

"Migrator EPS" runs on Russian Linux distributions and is built in C++. EWS and IMAP are used for data transfer from Exchange, and XIMSS is used for interaction with CommuniGate Pro. Mail is transferred at a speed of over 500 messages per second, and LDAP/LDAPS allows processing over 10,000 accounts per hour.

The complex requires a separate server with an 8-core processor, 32 GB of RAM, and two 250 GB drives. The solution supports multi-threaded processing and maintains detailed operation logs. However, only data and fields supported by the target CommuniGate Pro system can be migrated.
