Blockchain Forum 2026, a large-scale event dedicated to the integration of artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies, has concluded in Moscow. The event took place on April 14-15 at the Crocus Expo venue and brought together 16,370 participants from different countries.
A key feature of the forum was a constructive dialogue between technology companies and representatives of government agencies. Over the two days, numerous sessions were held on industry regulation. The discussions involved the Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, heads of the Bank of Russia, representatives of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, employees of the Ministry of Energy and other departments.
Participants focused on key aspects of technology development:
- Regulation. The forum hosted numerous sessions dedicated to industry regulation issues. The discussions involved representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia, the State Duma, the Ministry of Energy and other departments.
- Infrastructure development. Participants discussed current challenges in developing the technological infrastructure needed to scale blockchain solutions.
- Integration into the economy. The forum's agenda included issues of introducing technological solutions into economic processes, including taking into account the tasks of increasing transparency and efficiency of business interactions.
The forum featured industry leaders, including representatives of major Russian IT companies and technology corporations. Entrepreneur Errol Musk spoke at the forum. His strategic view on the development of technologies and markets aroused considerable interest from the audience.
A separate block was the AI Future forum, dedicated to the role of artificial intelligence in shaping a new digital economy. Representatives of the Rosatom State Corporation, experts from the National Technology Initiative, delegates from the State Duma and top managers of technology corporations joined the discussion.
The forum served as an effective platform for direct interaction between market players. Over the two days, participants held dozens of meetings and negotiations, discussed potential partnerships and outlined areas for further cooperation in the field of technological infrastructure.
Among the companies that took part in the event are Yandex, Sber, T-Bank, MTS. Their presence underscores the growing interest of big business in the development of Web3 technologies and their application in corporate processes.

The organizers plan to hold two more forums in the near future: one in Dubai at the end of 2026, and the second in Moscow in the spring of 2027. The events will take place against the backdrop of growing business interest in the regulation of technologies and the introduction of blockchain solutions into corporate processes.
