The client can leave a tip and rate the service at the POS terminal within a single payment scenario.
The new service will operate in retail outlets connected to Sber acquiring - in cafes and restaurants, services and retail stores. When using Sber's new biometric terminals, any bank's client will be able to leave a rating for the establishment. If a partner is connected to the "SberTips" service, you can also immediately leave a tip using the terminal.
Each rating and comment (for connected partners) is automatically transferred to 2GIS with the note "Verified by Sber". Dmitry Malykh, Senior Vice President, Head of Transactional Banking at Sber, said:
This is a unique solution in the Russian acquiring market. The service operates on Sber's new terminals, of which 1.5 million have been installed to date.
