"2GIS GeoPotok" shows in real time where employees and transport are located, including in places with unstable geolocation. The service generates a history of movements, sends notifications about delays and exits beyond the boundaries of work areas, and also helps to find and analyze the causes of downtime.
Depending on the role, users interact either with a mobile application or with a web service. Specialists located in the city or industrial facility use the application to clarify routes and effectively complete tasks. The "2GIS GeoPotok" is based on the company's own mapping technologies: accurate offline maps with detailed roads and infrastructure, Radar API (location determination in conditions of weak GPS signal) and Map Matching API (route recovery from GPS track points). This is not just tracking, but a ready-made product that helps to identify the causes of deviations, manage processes, as well as plan tasks and routes for field employees.
The "2GIS Geopotok" service is deployed on the servers of the customer company or in the cloud, and users get access through a desktop version or mobile application. Implementation and support are provided by 2GIS IT specialists.
