«Транспортные решения Севера»: бизнес и государство обсудят развитие труднодоступных территорий

On November 14, 2025, the "Patriot Expo" Exhibition Center (Moscow Region, Odintsovo urban district, Patriot Park) will host an important event for the domestic industry — the 1st Forum for Territory Development "Transport Solutions of the North." The event will be held as part of the VII All-Terrain Vehicle Exhibition "Vezdekhoder" with the assistance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The forum is intended to become a platform for constructive dialogue between the government and representatives of the all-terrain vehicle construction industry. Key topics include the development of northern territories, the integration of high-tech off-road vehicles into state plans, and the integrated development of hard-to-reach regions of Russia.

All-terrain vehicles play a critical role in the development of the national transport system. They ensure year-round transport accessibility, logistical predictability, and social stability in the Arctic, Siberia, and the Far East. Their reliability affects:

• the success of the northern supply;
• the safety of the population;
• the development of mineral extraction;
• the prospects for Arctic and international tourism;
• ensuring national security.

The discussion will involve: representatives of federal ministries, heads of Arctic regions, heads of major industrial companies (Gazprom, Nornickel, Novatek, etc.), industry experts, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, REC, Skolkovo, ATOR, FASD, MADI, and other organizations.

The business program is divided into two blocks:

1. Plenary session. Discussion of the development strategy for northern territories and the development of solutions with the participation of all-terrain vehicles. Representatives of key federal ministries and regional governments will take part in the meeting.
2. Working sessions on practical issues. Participants will discuss current areas: export and financing of the industry, innovation and industrial development, mineral extraction and the Northern Sea Route (NSR), northern supply and security, development of Arctic and international tourism, support for indigenous peoples of the North (IPNS), etc.

The organizers hope to achieve several important goals:

• demonstrate the strategic importance of the all-terrain vehicle industry for the development of Russia;
• form a "road map" for the development of the industry;
• integrate all-terrain vehicles into the national transport policy;
• launch interdepartmental and intersectoral projects;
• provide regions with domestic professional transport for the development of territories.

The "Transport Solutions of the North" Forum is an important step towards the integrated development of northern territories and strengthening Russia's position in the Arctic. The event will bring together business and government to develop practical solutions that can change the logistics and economy of the country's hard-to-reach regions.
