The MS.BN load balancer is a special solution designed to evenly distribute incoming requests from users among multiple servers on which a business application is deployed.
The new product was launched by Rubytech, a manufacturer of hardware and software systems and a developer of technologies for high-load IT infrastructures. MS.BN Skala^r provides load balancing at L4/L7 levels.
The module consists of two computing servers, the performance of each of which in Active-Active mode is 20 Gbps. Among the main features of the solution are support for the main popular balancing modes and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS (with BFD support)), the ability to operate in a fault-tolerant mode, dynamic certificate updates, and support for traffic distribution technology between geographically distributed servers Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB).
MS.BN is used in scenarios such as balancing secure sessions (on TLS VPN Gateway), on customer web portals, on S3 object storage, on firewalls and WAF, and DNS balancing.
