MTS has launched SIM card delivery for business clients with the option to receive it on the same day the application is made. Orders are placed on the website and do not require a visit to the office.
As emphasized in the press service, MTS has become the first major telecom operator in Russia to implement such a SIM card delivery model in the B2B segment.
The previous connection model took up to six business days, required manual processing of applications, and SIM card activation only after the exchange of documents with the participation of third-party logistics companies. Now, when placing a delivery order, you can select a delivery time slot and track the order status online in your personal account.
In April, the "MTS Business" team launched a pilot delivery version, which made it possible to reduce the SIM card delivery time by three times - from 6 to 1.5 days. Currently, 30% of deliveries are completed on the day of the order, 75% - within 24 hours. Orders are processed seven days a week without days off.
Express delivery operates in more than 200 cities in Russia in all regions where MTS is present. By the end of July, it is planned to expand the geography to 350 cities.
