MTS has launched SIM card delivery for business clients with the option to receive it on the day of application. Orders are placed on the website and do not require a visit to the office.
As emphasized in the press service, MTS has become the first major telecom operator in Russia to implement such a SIM card delivery model in the B2B segment.
The previous connection model took up to six business days, required manual processing of applications, and SIM card activation only after the exchange of documents with the participation of third-party logistics companies. Now, when placing a delivery order, you can select a delivery time slot and track the order status online in your personal account.
In April, the "MTS Business" team launched a pilot version of the delivery service, which reduced the SIM card delivery time by a factor of three — from 6 to 1.5 days. Currently, 30% of deliveries are completed on the day of the order, and 75% within 24 hours. Orders are processed seven days a week without days off.
Express delivery is available in more than 200 cities in Russia in all regions where MTS is present. By the end of July, it is planned to expand the geography to 350 cities.
