The updated "Real Estate" industry solution based on the SberBusiness online bank has expanded the reach of connected services.
According to the developers, it allows Sber's corporate clients to publish ads for the sale or lease of properties not only on Domclick, Yandex Realty, and Bestplace, but also on Cian, free of charge and "with one click."
Another improvement is related to analytics. Sber, together with Bestplace, has introduced the "Profitable properties for sale nearby" block. It helps clients see offers for the sale of commercial properties with prices below the market. A free analytical report is available for the properties, which indicates competition, population density, rental rates, and current rental offers.
Alexey Shashkin, Director of the "Small and Micro Business" division of Sberbank, said:
We have included placement on Cian in our industry solution for landlords to expand their capabilities and help them attract tenants. Free analytics from Bestplace gives businesses information that was previously unavailable without payment.
