The "T-Bank" team (formerly "Tinkoff") has introduced the ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) digital service, which replaces the departed foreign solutions. It is designed to administer long-term employee incentive programs in Russian public companies.
As emphasized by the bank, this is the first Russian service of its kind. For company employees, the service provides online access to information about employee-owned shares and options via the "T-Investments" mobile application, detailed reward distribution charts, the ability to quickly withdraw income from the sale of shares and options to a personal account, a calculator for calculating potential income in real time, and 24/7 chat support.
Companies gain access to a centralized register of all employee incentive programs, bonus accrual to employees "in one click" according to a set schedule, secure integration with the company's personnel systems via API, simplified document management for tax accounting, as well as built-in blocking functionality to comply with insider trading laws.
As part of the testing, five issuing companies from the high-tech, financial, and consumer sectors have already connected to the service.
