As emphasized in the press service, Yandex Market has become the first marketplace in Russia to offer such a solution for its partners opening pickup points.

The "Neuroexpert" is based on YandexGPT 5 Pro technology, the latest version of Yandex's large language model. An extensive knowledge base has been integrated into the system: marketplace information materials, help files, as well as training courses and job descriptions. Thanks to this, the service generates answers based on up-to-date information uploaded and provided by the marketplace.

You can use "Neuroexpert" in your personal account – in the same place where the option to contact support is located.

As a reminder, Yandex introduced "Neuroexpert" in April 2025. The service is designed to be an intelligent assistant in various fields of knowledge. It can be used to create your own knowledge bases in chat format based on any files and documents. The beta version is available to everyone, as well as in the Yandex 360 interface.
