Группа Rubytech представила российскую платформу технологического моделирования для нефтегаза

The solution will become the basis for import-independent digital engineering and technological asset management in the energy sector.

The Digital Technology Center of the Rubytech Group has announced the release of the domestic technology modeling platform DeltaMod, focused on the tasks of the oil and gas industry. The product is designed to support the life cycle of facilities.

DeltaMod allows you to create digital models of technological objects based on the parameters of raw materials, equipment and external conditions. The platform supports cloud architecture, distributed operation and scaling for enterprises of various sizes.

The system ensures the transition from foreign products, such as Aspen HYSYS and Honeywell UniSimDesign, while maintaining the familiar logic for engineering teams. A pilot implementation at enterprises that previously worked with UniSimDesign confirmed DeltaMod's ability to close key industry tasks.

To build models, the platform uses built-in libraries of equipment, thermodynamic packages and engineering utilities focused on oil and gas processing, refining and chemical production processes.

The DeltaMod architecture is built on a modular principle and implemented as a flexible client-server system. The platform can be used both as a separate application on dedicated equipment and as part of a distributed computing infrastructure. Unified data exchange protocols are supported, which ensures collaboration with digital products of the Digital Technology Center of the Rubytech Group — including solutions for production planning, process control, digital twin creation and operational personnel training.

The platform is being developed in stages. The roadmap includes expanding models for oil refining and chemistry, introducing detailed reactors and heat exchange equipment, as well as supporting equipment for working with the solid phase.
