The developer of infrastructure software, Basis, and the manufacturer of data backup and recovery systems, Beresta RK, will ensure the compatibility of their products for virtual machine backup. The cooperation agreement was signed at the annual Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (CIPR) conference.
The key area will be the integration of the capabilities of the Beresta data backup and recovery system with the Basis Virtual Protect module - Basis' solution for virtual environment backup. In the future, the system will directly access Basis Virtual Protect modules to perform backup and recovery tasks.
