Developed by experts at "Electrosolutions," the official representative of the EKF brand in Russia, the EKF Connect Industry analytical IIoT platform has won the National Priority Award in the field of industrial technologies. The award was received in the "Industrial Internet of Things" category.
The cloud platform EKF Connect Industry is a solution for monitoring production processes, energy consumption, and technological equipment load at enterprises across various industries. The platform enables tracking the quality of the power grid, identifying equipment with excessive energy consumption, and analyzing its causes.
"In just two years, we have created a software solution for monitoring technological processes at enterprises in all industries. The high appraisal from the jury is the best proof that our development is in demand and meets customer requirements. According to the results of a pilot implementation, EKF Connect Industry increases equipment utilization by 8%, reduces operating costs for monitoring by 90%, and maintenance and repair costs by 15%. The platform will allow an enterprise to reduce energy consumption by 10-15% in the first year, with a subsequent annual reduction of 3-5%.
The analytical IIoT platform has become part of the EKF Connect ecosystem of cloud products, which also includes the EKF Connect Home smart home solution and the EKF Connect Building software under development for developers.
