OCS Distribution, one of the largest players in the Russian IT market, is expanding its personal systems division and starting cooperation with Maibenben, a Chinese manufacturer of computer equipment and electronics. As part of the new partnership, OCS's portfolio will be supplemented with high-performance laptops designed for business and work with resource-intensive programs, as well as for study, games and everyday use.
Maibenben is a fast-growing company from China, founded in 2013. The vendor is constantly expanding the range of products offered: recently, TVs, laptops, monitors, mini-PCs and audio solutions have been presented to consumers. Today, Maibenben is actively developing in Russia - it has more than 200 service centers throughout the Russian Federation and plans to further develop the Russian IT market.
The partnership with Maibenben will give OCS the opportunity to expand its offering in the field of computer equipment and provide partners and their customers with a wide selection of high-quality and reliable devices from different price segments. The vendor's laptops in the OCS portfolio will be of interest to partners in the retail channel, system integrators, and corporate resellers. Products under the Maibenben brand can be used by clients in the field of educational services, architecture, in the gaming industry, healthcare and other administrative and public sectors.
The OCS personal systems department will be responsible for promoting the equipment in the IT channel. The distributor's specialists are ready to assist the channel with the vendor's products, namely the launch of promotional programs, participation in partner online and offline events, and marketing support. The first batch of Maibenben laptops is expected to arrive at the OCS warehouse in November of this year.
