The new system analyzes documents in about five minutes and highlights conditions that could create risks for the company.

The "Kontur.Focus" service has received a tool for automatic analysis of contracts with counterparties. The artificial intelligence-based system identifies potentially risky conditions and helps reduce the time for initial document review to a few minutes.

According to preliminary research by the service's team, company employees can spend about 40% of their working time studying contracts from counterparties. The new tool is designed to complement existing business verification processes – from finding an organization and assessing its reliability to analyzing deal terms.

To perform a check, the user needs to upload the contract in DOCX or PDF format and specify the analysis parameters. Processing takes about five minutes. After that, the system generates a report with identified risks, categorized into high, medium, and low levels. Problematic fragments of the document are highlighted separately. For each risk, possible consequences and recommendations for further actions can be viewed.

The developers note that contract analysis has become a continuation of the service's capabilities for counterparty verification and should help companies assess not only the partner itself but also the terms of cooperation with them.
