A new section, "Revenue Management," designed for analyzing sales, prices, and demand, has appeared in the web version of the "Extranet" service of "Yandex Travel." The tool combines key indicators in a single calendar, allowing hotels to quickly assess the situation and adjust their sales strategy.
The section includes several blocks with analytics. "My Sales" displays revenue, average room night cost, and the number of bookings, with the ability to compare them to the same period last year or average values for previous months. The "My Price" block shows the current accommodation cost, the history of tariff changes, and allows comparing them with offers from similar properties.
The "Conversion to Views" section helps assess user interest in hotel offers, while "Price Comparison" allows analyzing accommodation costs relative to competitors. In addition, the demand calendar helps forecast interest for future dates based on anonymized statistics for properties of a similar category or region.
