The MTS Web Services team has added an AI assistant to the MWS Tables service, which helps create tables and set up workflows based on text descriptions. The tool automates template preparation, data relationship configuration, and formula creation.
The user just needs to describe the task in plain language to get a suitable structure for work. For example, the assistant can prepare a table for sales planning with automatic metric updates. It can also be used to organize project management, distribute tasks among employees, set deadlines, and statuses.
The AI tool also works with already created tables. It can analyze the information contained in them and answer questions about overdue projects, department expenses, and other indicators. This allows for faster identification of deviations from the plan and the use of data in making management decisions.
MWS Tables is a Russian No-Code platform for collaborative work with tables and business process automation. The service allows you to create Gantt charts, Kanban boards, forms, notifications, and dashboards. The solution is included in the register of domestic software and supports working with databases up to 1 million records.
