The Wildberries team (RWB group) announced the large-scale launch of an analytical assistant based on artificial intelligence. The "Assistant" chatbot is available in the mobile application and on the marketplace website.

The "Assistant" is integrated into the "Seller Analytics" section and allows users to get answers to business questions in a dialogue format. The assistant provides information on sales, product balances, logistics, ratings, and customer reviews, and also helps track trends and demand.

The "Assistant" functionality includes analysis of the sales funnel, inventory history, search queries, and other key platform reports.

Access to AI functions is provided by a "Jam" subscription. According to Anastasia Sycheva, Product Director of the RWB seller portal, the AI assistant is not just a tool for obtaining data, but a full-fledged digital assistant that accelerates the analysis of business indicators and decision-making.
