The Dion corporate communications platform, developed by the T1 IT holding, has expanded the functionality of its "Chats" feature by adding the ability to migrate chatbots from Telegram and display user availability statuses.

As the developers explained, chatbots help remind users about meetings and colleagues’ birthdays, send notifications from work systems, answer standard questions, and support new employees. The platform provides message encryption, which guarantees data protection.

In addition, Dion now includes availability statuses that help colleagues understand when they can contact one another. The interface includes the statuses "Available," "Busy," "In a meeting," "Offline," and "Presenting." A status can be selected manually or displayed automatically during a call or screen sharing session.

Stanislav Polyansky, owner of the "Dion.Chats" product, noted:

A corporate chat has ceased to be just a messaging window — for many teams, it is already a full-fledged work environment where a wide variety of tasks are handled. That is why it was important for us to help developers smoothly migrate chatbots into the corporate messenger, and to give users more context about their conversation partner’s availability. As a result, communication becomes more convenient and precise: fewer unnecessary actions and distractions, and more work-related issues that can be resolved directly within Dion.
